Scholarships

A scholarship made possible through the donations from Tom and Mikki Sakai, friends, and the Foundation in memory of Danny, a 1991 graduate of Big Bear High School. This scholarship is intended to assist a student with proven leadership skills, good academics, and excellent citizenship in furthering his/her education at an accredited college, community college, or career-training program of his/her choice. Students with a demonstrated love of the outdoor or a long-standing commitment to a local service organization are especially encouraged to apply for this scholarship.
